Le FSO Safer a été abandonné au début de la guerre civile au Yemen, la coque rongé par la rouille, irréparable, à la merci d’une fuite ou même d’une explosion… Le dossier est sur la table des nations Unies, qui demande aux Houthis de pouvoir accéder au navire. En vain. Ce qui bloque c’est la valeur de la cargaison, 40 millions de dollars, que les rebelles revendiquent, tout comme le gouvernement yéménite.
